My introduction into real estate came as a young girl when I would visit my grandmother who was a REALTOR in Fort Lauderdale. I would listen to her interviewing a new client to truly find out what their needs were when buying or selling a home. From time to time, I accompanied her when she sat at an open house on a Saturday afternoon. And I can recall the excitement and joy in a buyer’s eye when she was able to hand them the keys to the home that they wanted to make their own. My grandmother set me up to understand what real estate is all about… professionally serving every client that an agent has the privilege to assist in a real estate transaction.
They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. And I am happy to serve my clients with the same fundamentals today that my grandmother did in the 1970s. Although the tools used in the real estate industry have changed, our duty to professional serve our clients has not. I strive to treat each and every individual as I would a loved one; and always follow the Code of Ethics and Standard Practices that are defined by the National Association of Realtors.
My husband and I have lived in eight homes in five states in the past fifteen years. I understand that any move, whether local or to a new state, can be stressful. My first-hand experience allows me to empathize with the stresses that my clients deal with during a transaction and I can assist them in ways other agents would not understand. I have two children who both currently attend Kansas State University. I am happy to be the “person” to our two rescue dogs: Sweet Tea and Annie.
I have seen many change in North Texas since I first arrived in 2004. I am a proud resident of Frisco and I specialize in the north Collin County cities of Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Allen. I am thrilled to be working with Texas Pride Realty, a boutique real estate company who’s focus is on exceeding the expectations of our clients. If you are looking for a real estate professional who has lots of experience and strives for perfection, then I am your girl. Call Mary Beth. I look forward to talking with you.
