Meet Andre Shaw, “The Closer” who has generated over $19 million in volume sales for Lincoln Property Company, Walker Holder, Astra Residential, Stoneleigh Residential and Davis Development in the last eight years. The native Houstonian, Andre uses his impeccable customer service and his keen ability to connect with his clients and potential clients to help them find the perfect real estate property. His mission is to make buying or leasing a no-brainer decision.
Andre’s journey to real estate began at The University of Texas at Arlington as he served as a Resident Assistant for Campus Living Villages. There, he worked with a seasoned Resident Assistant who taught him how to effectively engage with people and build rapport. It was then that he fell in love with going “over and beyond” for residents. He even learned other languages so that he would be able to communicate with international students.
In addition to his ability to build rapport, Andre prides himself on his work ethic, resourcefulness and transparency. He is passionate about finding the dream space for families. “I look at their needs and try to find the best opportunity for them whether they are looking to invest or if they are starting a new chapter.” To achieve this, he tours and shops communities before showing them to clients in the DFW area to ensure that they meet the proper specifications and requirements.
