There are stamped metal ceiling in both rooms, two front doors for customer access and the exterior of the building look very original. The two spaces have a cased doorway between them. The Exterior has metal columns, and iron thresholds, with display windows for one entry and a flat front door for the second entry. The roof was replaced in 2015 with white vinyl material, foam insulation, and decking. The AC and Heat were installed in approximately 2011. The second unit for 216 is no longer in use. A single restroom is on the left rear of the building, and an electric water heater is near the restroom. Much of the wiring has been replaced but the panel has not been replaced.
