Starting in Denton, the Downtown Denton Transit Center is just steps from the historic square, filled with local boutiques, coffee shops, and popular dining spots like LSA Burger and Barley & Board. The route continues through stops like MedPark near Medical City Denton, and Highland Village/Lewisville Lake Station, which is close to The Shops at Highland Village—a major outdoor retail and dining destination. Further south, the Hebron Station offers access to Vista Ridge Mall (now Music City Mall Lewisville), while the Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton connects seamlessly to the DART Green Line toward downtown Dallas. Along the route are green spaces like Lewisville Lake Environmental Learning Area and access to educational institutions such as the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University in Denton. The A-train line provides a well-connected path through North Texas, linking shopping, food, healthcare, parks, and education with ease.
The 21-mile A-train commuter rail line connects Denton County with Dallas County via the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Green Line at the Trinity Mills Station in Carrollton, Texas.
