It is only surpassed in height among Dallas' all-residential buildings by Republic Center Tower I, which has a spire that is 184 meters (604 feet) tall. However, Museum Tower is taller when measured by roof height and excludes the spire of the Republic Center Tower I. It also surpasses the 138 m (453 ft) Republic I to become Dallas' tallest house. After Chase Tower, Fountain Place, and the Trammell Crow Center, the Museum Tower is the fourth-tallest structure in Dallas' Arts District; Bank Of America Plaza is the tallest structure in the city.
